Check your wedding date →

  • A 50% deposit and an agreement signed by both clients are required. Your date is reserved once the deposit clears. The remaining balance and approved pre-wedding add-ons are due by 11:59 PM the day before your wedding.

  • Ordinary rain, clouds or wind do not automatically cancel coverage. Where practical, we may adjust locations, move indoors, pause briefly or change the schedule. If a major weather event makes coverage impossible or legally unsafe, we first try to reschedule. If that is not possible, payments for our own undelivered services are refunded. Separately disclosed, non-refundable third-party costs may still apply.

  • Resort vendor charges, permits and access fees are your responsibility, whether billed by the venue or passed through by us. Please check your venue’s requirements before booking.

  • Clients cover necessary ferry, airfare, accommodation, rental-car and other travel costs for coverage outside our normal Providenciales service area. Travel costs are due in advance and become non-refundable once booked. Please tell us promptly about any venue or island changes.

  • Yes. Your personal-use license allows you to download and print your final photographs, share them with family and friends, and post them on personal social media. Commercial use, selling the media or materially re-editing it requires written permission. Wedding vendors must contact us before promotional use.

  • We target delivery of your full photo gallery within 14–21 days; unusual high-volume or complex circumstances may extend this to 4 weeks. Around 30 edited sneak peeks are normally ready the day after your wedding. For video bookings, a preview is normally ready around 2 weeks and the full wedding film normally takes 3–5 months. Final photo counts vary by package length. We usually send and edit 100-150 frames per hour of coverage.
